Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, or if your ordered item is missing, please return the item(s) in its original packaging along with the invoice and any free gifts (if applicable). You can choose either an exchange or a refund, which will be processed through your payment account.
Initiating an Exchange or Refund: Please contact us at 03-56367371 or sales@21stcentury.com.my within 7 business days of receiving the goods, providing the following information: order number, order received date, name of item, reason for return, and photo evidence. The customer will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred during the return process.
Replacement Item Timeline: Once we receive the returned package, please allow 3-5 business days for the exchange or refund process. Confirmation of the exchange or refund will be sent via sales@21stcentury.com.my.
Refund Processing Time: Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval of your Return/Refund or Cancellation Request Case. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be released. Please note that refunds will not be processed if the returned goods are incomplete or not in their original condition.
Shipping Fee Refunds: If you request a refund for the entire order, the shipping fee paid during your purchase will not be refunded.
